Nityapoojakona is one of the scared temple for Lord Shiva in siddhavatam mandal of Kadapa district, which located on the southern part to Lankamalla Hills forest area of Eastern Ghats. It is fully crowded during Shivarathi (Maha Shivarathri) festival, large number of devotees don't sleep on the particular day (jagaramu) and devotees keep on chanting 'OM NAMA SHIVAYAH' near the temple site or on the trail (dhaari).
